Starting to build the foundation for successIt all began in Toronto in the early 1950’s when David Sud emigrated from Poland to Toronto, Canada. Although he had no real estate development experience, he did possess a bold entrepreneurial spirit, vision and passion for construction. This passion materialized in a duplex, his first development project.From the start, David knew that through sheer hard work, integrity and honesty, he had the basis of a burgeoning real estate development business, that continued to expand into retail, commercial and industrial development in Canada and the United States.David was fortunate to pass on to his hard work ethic to the next generation where his sons have led the more recent success of The Sud Group real estate business.OUR CURRENT CHAPTERBuilding on our tradition of excellence towards the futureToday, Elliott Sud oversees the day to day operations of the company as its President.
