Start with the city
The right project is rarely the whole city. Open a city, read what buyers usually get wrong there, then compare the current releases.

Toronto
Toronto new construction is mostly condominium, and the useful comparison is neighbourhood to neighbourhood, not a single city average.

Mississauga
Mississauga offers both high-rise around the city centre and Hurontario corridor, and lower-rise product farther out.
Brampton
Brampton buyers are often choosing among townhomes, stacked towns, and the occasional condo, with a budget and a family size in mind.

Vaughan
Vaughan splits between the Metropolitan Centre and subway access, and more suburban low-rise farther north.

Markham
Markham draws buyers who work in the city or along the 404 and 407, and who often want a townhome or a newer house rather than a small high-rise suite.
Richmond Hill
Richmond Hill is a comparison market.

Oakville
Oakville buyers are often trading a higher entry price for schools, the lake, and GO service on the Lakeshore line.

Burlington
Burlington sits on the Lakeshore GO line and the QEW, with a quieter pace than Mississauga and a different price band than Oakville.
Milton
Milton is where many GTA buyers look for a newer townhome or detached house at a lower price than Oakville.
Pickering
Pickering gives Lakeshore GO access on the east side of Toronto, with a mix of condo and lower-rise product.
