We're looking for a confident communicator to join our team part-time as an Inside Sales Agent. You'll be the first point of contact for new clients — making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. Perfect for someone looking for flexible hours with strong earning potential. This role is fully in-office at our Mississauga location.

- Make 40–60+ outbound calls per shift to new and existing leads
- Qualify prospects and identify their needs
- Book and confirm appointments on behalf of the team
- Follow up with leads via phone and text
- Track all activity in our CRM
What we're looking for
- Must be able to work on-site at 600 Matheson Boulevard West, Mississauga — remote is not available
- Confident phone presence — you're not afraid to pick up the phone
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, call centres, or real estate is an asset
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized and reliable with strong follow-through
- Bilingual is a plus but not required

Hours: Part-time, 15–25 hours per week, flexible scheduling — on-site in Mississauga
