The role
Real Estate Sales Agent
Walk into appointments that are already booked. Our ISA team qualifies the lead and sets the meeting — you run the showing, present the project, and close.
Full-time · flexible around showings and launches
What you'll do
- Take qualified appointments booked by our ISA team
- Tour buyers through pre-construction projects and present pricing, floor plans, and incentives
- Follow up until the deal is reserved or closed
- Write offers and coordinate with builders, lawyers, and lenders
- Track every conversation in our CRM
- Represent the brand at launches and builder events
Who it's for
- Valid Ontario real estate licence (RECO) — required
- A closer: confident on the phone and in person
- Pre-construction or GTA sales experience is an asset
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with follow-through
- Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- Bilingual is a plus, not required
