What to weigh here
- GO versus driving the 401.
- Whether you want a condo near the station or a larger home farther out.
- Price against Scarborough resale and other Durham new homes.
Questions to ask first
- How many days a week do you need to be in Toronto?
- Is the site actually walkable to GO, or a drive to the station?
- Which floor plans are still available in your budget?
