What to weigh in Mississauga

Projects / Mississauga

What to weigh here

• Whether you need GO, the Hurontario corridor, or a car for the 401, 403, and 407.
• Condo fees versus a townhome or stacked product with different carrying costs.
• How close the site really is to the amenity the brochure names.

Questions to ask first

• Do you want a lock-and-leave condo or more interior space?
• Is Pearson or downtown Toronto the trip you make most weeks?
• What is the deposit schedule on the specific stack you want, not the starting price?
