What to weigh in North

Projects / North

What to weigh here

• Commute from the intersection, not the municipal boundary.
• Deposit schedule and what the starting price leaves out.
• Whether a condo, townhome, or detached home fits the household.

Questions to ask first

• What has to be true for this to be the right move?
• Which other project are you comparing it with?
• Can you live with the occupancy date as quoted?
